Considering this is a home, not a hotel, we kindly ask you to treat the space with care. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no on-site staff available 24/7. To finalize your booking, a separate rental agreement is required. 🧳TRAVEL INSURANCE ADVISORY For a stress-free getaway, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance—especially during winter months when unexpected weather or illness can disrupt travel plans. Reservations become non-refundable after a certain point, so having coverage ensures you’re protected from last-minute changes due to road closures, weather delays, or unforeseen circumstances. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between: Option 1: Damage Waiver ($65) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $3,000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$8/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company. Option 2: Security Deposit ($2,500) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay.
