Situated on 11 acres within Pacific Shores Resort, this property offers a wealth of amenities for your enjoyment. Your rental includes access to pickleball courts, a gym, an indoor pool, a hot tub, and an outdoor kids' pool. Relax around cozy fire pits or take advantage of the communal BBQ area. Additionally, you can explore on-site kayak rentals, a restaurant, and a spa, all available based on current availability. We have quiet hours after 10pm. - No excessive Noise. - No Gatherings or Parties of any kind - No Smoking allowed of any kind in the unit or on the property - No un-disclosed (non-registered) guests allowed onto the property or in the home. - Agree to filling out our Check-In Form which will allow me to program the home for you. - We also require you to provide copies of IDs etc (similar to what is required when checking in to a hotel - this is for verification and required by our insurance company.). The completed agreement and IDs must be received within 72 hours after receiving the form. If any house rule is broken, you will be required to leave the property immediately pay for any damages and no refunds will be given.
