Included in your rental is access to all of the resort’s amenities including; gym, indoor pool, outdoor rock hot tub, kids pool, sauna, tennis courts, playground, ping pong table, kayak and bike rentals as well as an outdoor beachfront communal deck with propane fire pits. The resort also offers an onsite restaurant.. If you wish to rent kayaks, bikes or use the tennis courts you will need to bring your ID and your access cards to the front desk at the resort. Kayak rental is dependent upon the tides. There are people who live here all year. Please be respectful of noise. We have quiet hours after 10pm. - No excessive Noise. - No Gatherings or Parties of any kind - No Smoking allowed of any kind in the unit or on the property - No un-disclosed (non-registered) guests allowed onto the property or in the home. - Agree to filling out our Check-In Form which will allow me to program the home for you. - We also require you to provide copies of IDs etc (similar to what is required when checking in to a hotel - this is for verification and required by our insurance company.). The completed agreement and IDs must be received within 72 hours after receiving the form. If any house rule is broken, you will be required to leave the property immediately pay for any damages and no refunds will be given.
