MAIN FLOOR The main floor opens into a bright and spacious great room with vaulted wood-beam ceilings, soft neutral tones, and a gas fireplace that creates a welcoming mountain atmosphere. The living area features a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and glass doors that lead to a private forest-view deck. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by evergreens or spend a quiet evening beneath the stars. Just off the living space, the dining area is styled with a rustic wood table set for four—ideal for delicious meals and great conversation. The adjoining kitchen is sleek and well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, brass accents, and modern gray cabinetry. LOWER FLOOR The two bedrooms on the lower level are designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed with upholstered headboard and soft bedding that makes the space both stylish and restful. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed, accented with soft linens and natural textures that tie into the home’s modern mountain style. The shared bathroom feels spa-like with marble-inspired tile, gold fixtures, and a glass-enclosed shower. A full washer and dryer are conveniently located nearby, making longer stays easy and stress-free. UPPER LOFT The open loft above the main living area is a versatile and inviting space. A dedicated desk and chair make it ideal for remote work or quiet moments, while a comfortable sofa nook offers a relaxing spot to read, nap, or watch a movie. Under the warm tones of the wood-paneled ceiling, the loft feels like a peaceful retreat within the home. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate. - Due to family allergies, Alpine Loft at The Villas is not pet-friendly. - Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May. - In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with either, please be sure to have chains. - We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, as required by Placer County regulations. - Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation. - Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation. - Exterior security cameras on property. *Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older. WILDLIFE NOTICE Please note that this home is located in North Lake Tahoe, where wildlife, including bears, may be present. Bear sightings are not uncommon in the area and can occur even when no food or attractants are left outside. For your safety and the safety of the local bears, as well as to minimize the chance of encounters, please follow these guidelines: • Keep all doors and windows closed and locked, especially at night • Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outside or in vehicles • Properly dispose of garbage in designated bear-proof bins • Avoid approaching, feeding, or disturbing any wildlife *By booking this home, you acknowledge that this is a natural mountain environment and that wildlife activity is a possibility.
