Private room near beaches

Welcome to my home. Located close to beautiful beaches, the nearest just a short walk away. Single occupancy consists of a bedroom en-suite. A couple will have a King size bed with an adjacent bathroom solely for their use. There is a snug room with tea/coffee making facilities, where breakfast will be provided. Guests can relax in the garden. Ardmore, Youghal, Lismore, and Dungarvan are all a short drive away. The space A single room en-suite, or for 2 persons a room with a king size bed with your own bathroom. This room can also be used for a single booking. Guest access Guests will enter by the main front door, and access to the bedroom is through the hall. The snug is also off the hall. During your stay I will be very happy to help with enquiries or advice regarding places to visit, restaurants, water sports or directions etc. Other things to note Breakfast will be provided with homemade bread/scones, muesli, yoghurt, berries/fruit, freshly brewed coffee and tea.
