Downstairs, you have an ocean view outdoor shower by the beach gate, an outdoor kitchen with a TV, an outdoor living room, a BBQ area, and the beachfront pool. We include 4 beach chairs. Guests can fully use all parts of the villa, including: Puerto Nuevo beach, just in front of the house, the beachfront pool, our BBQ grill (which must be cleaned by the guest after use), our ocean view outdoor shower, our super fast wifi Your hosts Sebastian and Meg are available as needed. We respond as soon as possible to help you have a dream vacation. Our home is right next to several fantastic restaurants (Costa Norte -famous for Puerto Rican cuisine and incredible mojitos) food trucks with fresh seafood. A grocery store 3 min away with most of what you will need. The beach is an excellent swimming beach. It is a blue flag beach with lifeguards. This area is very walkable. We have room for a maximum of 3 cars to park. Our villa is in the middle of the beach area. The weekend nights can be loud. You will have the opportunity for 15 second dance parties as vehicles may cruise by playing music. The villa is directly on the beach. You will have beach goers right in front of the villa on the public beach. Enjoy the activity on the beach on the weekends and the quiet during the week. We are on a public beach and care should be taken to secure valuables and pay attention to your surroundings. All beaches on the island are public and belong to the people of Puerto Rico. There are no private beaches on the island. UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable. ->When out of the house, all doors, windows, and car gate must be closed and locked. ->When any of the windows or doors of the house are open the air conditioning must be turned off. When using the living room air conditioning, be sure the bar shade and lower level doors are closed. -> Only use the bedroom air conditioning when in the rooms. DO NOT RUN air conditioning when you are not in the bedrooms. The unit cools the rooms quickly. ->Check in at 4pm, check out at 11am ->please do not walk up stairs while wet -> please use the pool responsibly: no diving at any time, no running around pool, only enter and exit the pool using the stairs and deck and only use if you are an experienced swimmer. -> BBQ must be cleaned and covered by guest after each use.
