The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. Custome Made desk space and a walk in closet. Each room has its own dedicated air conditioner that stays on all day to cool and keep the apartment in perfect conditions. The second bedroom has a full size bed , views to the city and a closet. The third bedroom has a twin bed. A chef kitchen is available with Italian marble counter tops. Top of the line appliances, side by side refrigerator with water filter. It has a big island, to enjoy breakfast in the morning. There is a built in microwave and oven for you to use during your stay. Now the best part of this amazing apartment unit is its living area. Enjoy an open concept dinning & living with ocean view. Minimum age rental is 25yrs. All guest must be 25yrs or older with the exception of families only. No parties, no events.
