Inside you’ll find classic architectural details such as original Puerto Rican tile floors and cedar closets, paired with spacious living areas designed for gathering and relaxing. The home includes five bedrooms plus a guest room, each equipped with queen-size beds and air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable. The villa also features three bathrooms, recently restored with modern finishes. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, making it easy for families and groups to enjoy time together in one place. 📍 Prime Condado Location 📍 The villa is located just steps from the iconic Ashford Avenue, one of the most famous streets in San Juan. Within walking distance you’ll find: • Beautiful beaches including Condado Beach • Oceanfront park at La Ventana al Mar • Luxury boutiques • Restaurants, bars, casinos, and nightlife throughout Condado Historic attractions in Old San Juan are only a short drive away, where guests can explore famous landmarks such as Castillo San Felipe del Morro and Castillo San Cristóbal. For nature lovers, the lush rainforest of El Yunque National Forest is about a 45-minute drive from the villa. 🌴 A True Puerto Rican Experience 🌴 Staying at Villa Mayo means experiencing Puerto Rico beyond a typical hotel stay. Instead of a standard apartment, you’ll enjoy a historic residence in one of San Juan’s most iconic neighborhoods. Condado is known for its beautiful homes, vibrant nightlife, luxury shopping, and beachfront lifestyle. During the day you can explore cafés, boutiques, and beaches, while at night the neighborhood transforms into one of the island’s most energetic social scenes. 📌 Good to Know Before You Book 📌 • The villa is located in a residential neighborhood, and guests are asked to respect neighbors and community rules. • The outdoor BBQ is available, but guests must provide their own gas and use it at their own risk. • The home includes very high-speed internet (1,000 Mbps), ideal for remote work or streaming. • A backup generator ensures the home continues operating during power outages. Our team, including local host Sebastian and property manager Gigi, will be available to assist throughout your stay and help make your visit to Puerto Rico unforgettable. UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable. House manual: This house is not suitable for events. Please note we ask our guests to not play loud music after 9pm. We must respect our neighbors. Smoking allowed ONLY OUTSIDE. If you smoke inside the house an extra cleaning charge will be made. NUMBER IN PARTY: The maximum number of Guests in your party shall not exceed the number previously approved by us. Upon check in, a list of all members of a Booking Guest’s party must be provided to Owner and/or Reservations Agent prior to arrival. CHECK-IN: Not before 4:00 pm Atlantic Standard Time. CHECK-OUT: Not later than 11:00 am Atlantic Standard Time. It must be recognized that the staff needs time to clean and prepare the premises for the next party of guests. LIABILITY: The Booking Guests and all members of the Booking Guest’s party (the “Guests”) agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions in and about the Property. Guests are responsible for their conduct and that of any invitees. Through its authorized representatives, (i) reserves the right in its sole discretion, to refuse or interrupt occupancy in the event of any non-fulfillment or breach of rental conditions, and (ii) may refuse admission to the Property to any person not registered with the management or not properly identified, and may require all persons admitted to the Property to register or otherwise identify themselves. Any person whose presence at the Property at any time shall, in the judgment of Villa Luchetti's management, be prejudicial to the safety, character, reputation or interests of the Property or its guests may be denied access to the Property or may be ejected there from. Neither Owner nor its agents shall be liable to any Guest for damages or loss arising from the admission, exclusion or ejection of any person to or from the Property. Neither the Owner or its agents shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress. A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes notice to Booking Guest of these exclusionary terms and unless Booking Guest cancels within 48 hours of the e-mailed confirmation, they are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing." GUESTS RESPONSIBILITY: Guests will take care and respect the accommodations they have rented through Owner. Guest agree to immediately report to Gianna Valentin, or e-mail any fire, accident, damage or dangerous or defective condition. Should Guests’ behavior necessitates eviction (including a complaint of excessive noise), prepaid rents, deposits and purchases shall be considered earned and therefore be retained by Gianna Valentin. CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES: It will be the responsibility of the Guest to leave the Property and house in the same condition, as upon move-in. Guests will be responsible to leave the dishes, utensils and appliances clean when leaving the house. A minimum cleaning fee of $50.00 per hour of required cleaning work would be charged if the premises were not left in the same condition, as upon check-in. All trash is to be disposed of in the receptacles provided in the car garage. When full, these bags should be place in large grey container and put outside the house Sunday night or Thursday night to be picked up next morning. NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside. You will be charged if you deactivate the smoke alarm or there are signs of smoking in the property. UTILITIES: Water, electricity, satellite TV are included in the rental price. There is no telephone service so it is recommended to bring a cellular phone as means to communicate. Guests may be charged if excessive utility usage is found: such as not turning off ceiling fans, air conditioners or lights when leaving the Property for an extended period of time. Gianna Valentin is not responsible for any outage in the area, since it’s out of the owner hands, there will be no refunds in that case. CHILDREN: All children must be supervised at all times and may not be left alone in the apartment or on the grounds.
