Walkability is high here! Guest access Guests have access to a private section of a rooftop! We do not have a private parking spot for this apartment. Other things to note -->This apartment does not have a private parking spot included with the rental. -->this apartment is a 3rd floor walk-up property, this building does not have an elevator. -->There are lots of scooter rentals, bike rentals, Ubers available, and the beach is just a quick walk from the house, so a car is not super required for this location. -->Just an 8 minute walk to the beach Smart TV is set up on the WiFi so just connect to your accounts and go! We have beach chairs, beach towels - no worries! Please note that we have security cameras in the exterior carport for safety, as well as a decibel meter on the rooftop to monitor noise after quiet hours. **We do our best to be available in all situations, and certainly are there for you if you need anything during your stay, but may not be immediately reachable at all hours**
