Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we’re excited to host you! - Parties are strictly prohibited. - Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM will be strictly enforced. - The number of guests must not exceed what is stated on the reservation and will be monitored via security cameras on the property. - We do not offer pool heating. However, we do offer access/heating to the hot tub at a rate of $60 per day. Please note that the heater must be turned off once the hot tub reaches the desired temperature—it cannot be left running continuously. - The Main house AC needs to be set to 70 degrees and cannot be lowered to prevent AC will freezing. For your extra comfort there are two portable AC's in the 2nd Master bedroom and 2nd Living room where the bunk is located Note: Guests will have exclusive access to the main house, including the pool and Jacuzzi, via a private entrance. Please note there is a separate ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) located at the back of the property with its own private entrance, which is not included in your access.
