Requests are subject to housekeeping availability. • Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee. • Stays longer than 21 days incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee. • Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping. • A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; guests should plan to replenish supplies during longer stays.
