Mirador del Rodeo is a fully renovated, two-level penthouse designed with the care of a private home rather than a rental. From the moment you step in, the design language tells you where you are. A sculptural gallery of three organic mirrors sits next to a black wrought-iron spiral staircase that climbs to your private rooftop. On one side, a fluted oak slat wall frames a marble TV panel and integrated Sonos sound. On the other, floor-to-ceiling windows open the living area to soft Andalusian light. Upstairs is the reason you book. A private rooftop terrace, entirely your own, finished in hand-glazed teal-blue tile and warm porcelain. There's a plunge pool, three sun loungers, a full outdoor kitchen with stainless BBQ, a pergola-shaded dining table for six, an outdoor rain shower and a planted desert garden. Mountain air in the morning, golden hour at the bar, dinner under the pergola, a nightcap by the water, all without leaving home. The kitchen is built around a waterfall marble island with an induction hob and breakfast bar, paired with handleless white cabinetry and fully integrated Bosch appliances. The dining area seats six in bouclé armchairs beside tall windows that look out over greenery and golf. The living room itself is anchored by a deep cream bouclé sectional, a sculpted travertine coffee table and a smart TV with sound bar. The kind of room you actually want to spend the evening in Three bedrooms, two designer bathrooms. The master is a calm, neutral retreat with a king bed, a palm-frond feature wall, a French balcony with leafy outlooks and its own en-suite. Walk-in rain shower behind smoked glass, double vanity, backlit mirror and stone-tiled walls throughout. Two further bedrooms each sleep two and share a second full bathroom finished to the same standard. Six guests sleep comfortably, in real beds, in real rooms. No sofa-beds, no compromises. Practical specs: air conditioning throughout, fast Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, wine glasses, dishwasher and full cookware, secure community grounds with communal pool and free street parking. You have full, exclusive access to the entire two-level penthouse and your private rooftop terrace for the duration of your stay. What's yours alone: - The full apartment across both levels. Living, dining, kitchen, all three bedrooms and both bathrooms. - The private rooftop terrace with plunge pool, sun loungers, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, pergola dining area, outdoor shower and planted garden. Accessed only by the internal spiral staircase from your apartment, no shared access. - One assigned parking space on the street outside the community. Shared with the community (residents and other guests in the building): - The communal pool and garden areas at ground level. - Pedestrian pathways and the main entrance. We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exact location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly. 1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. We do not accept group parties, events and all guests have to be silent between 22:00H - 09:00H. Noise levels are monitored according to the noise regulations in the municipality of Marbella. 2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 5. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €2000,00. 6. Your reservation may be altered up to 30 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host. 7. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. 8. The use of our pool heating is an additional service and can be requested up to 48 hours before your arrival. The costs are €125,00 per week. 10. The padel courts, gym and HYROX area are not part of the community and are not included in the reservation. Day passes are available for purchase at the Real Club Padel reception. Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community. All house rules and property regulations, as detailed in the “Other Things to Note” section, are mandatory and form part of the terms of your stay. Guests are required to fully respect and comply with all guidelines at all times, including community regulations, noise restrictions, occupancy limits, check-in/out instructions, and any directions provided by management. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in intervention, additional charges where applicable, and/or termination of the stay in accordance with applicable policies and local regulations.
