This private two-level home is located within Luum Zama, an exclusive gated enclave inside Aldea Zama, known for its lush green spaces, underground utilities, and carefully planned architecture that blends seamlessly with the jungle. ✔️ Please make sure the apartment is left in the same condition as it was upon your arrival. 🐾 Garden Cats There are friendly, community-cared cats around the gardens at Kite. They aren’t pets and may occasionally have kittens. Please keep this in mind if you have allergies or concerns. ✓ Please be courteous to the neighbors living around you at ALL times by keeping noise volumes to a reasonable level. From 11 PM - 8 AM please adhere to very strict quiet hours when noise is to be kept at a minimum. ✓ Please do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that any of these items have been flushed and clog the septic system you could be held responsible for the cost of repair. ✓ ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking or vaping of any kind inside of the villa. ✓ ABSOLUTELY NO Parties causing excessive noise. No guests allowed on the premises that have not been added to the reservation guest count. - Do NOT flush toilet paper/ wet wipes into the toilet - Do NOT drink tap water, only bottled water. - Only registered guests are allowed in the property. - No gatherings along the hallways in respect to other guests/tenants/ - Please respect the quiet hours at night starting at 10pm. - NO SMOKING inside the apartment - Turn OFF the lights and the AC when leaving the apartment - Garbage containers are located just in front of the building where the parking lot is, PLEASE make sure to tight the bags to avoid local animals open the bags, we leave enough garbage bags for your convenience and do not accumulate it inside the apartment, since you are surrounded by nature and crumbs or garbage attracts specially ants.
