House-trained pets are welcome for a $150 per pet, per stay fee. Please register pets in the reservation where guests are listed. Kindly pick up after your pets, especially in the backyard. ⸻ NO PARTIES / LARGE GATHERINGS Please enjoy the home respectfully. Only registered guests are permitted during your stay. If you’re unsure whether your plans align with our rules, feel free to consult us before booking. We’re happy to help. ⸻ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS Our nightly rate covers the first 6 guests. For each guest beyond six, there is a $39 per guest, per night additional fee. ⸻ ADDITIONAL BEDROOM The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests to accommodate sleeping arrangements. ⸻ POOL The outdoor pool is professionally serviced twice a week in summer and once a week during the rest of the year. As with any outdoor pool, some leaves or debris may appear between cleanings — this doesn’t mean the pool is unclean. All chemicals are properly balanced, and filtration systems are maintained for your comfort. Please note: The pool and attached kiddie pool are NOT HEATED, and we don’t provide pool towels — please bring your own. The technician who cleans the pool accesses the backyard through the gate. ⸻ LANDSCAPING Our landscaper services the yard once a week. ⸻ SECURITY CAMERAS For your safety, we have two exterior cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and one facing the driveway from the garage. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home. ⸻ HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS ⸻ PEST CONTROL This home features a lovely garden area. While pest control service visits monthly, you may occasionally see wildlife outdoors or harmless insects indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or bees. If you notice anything, let us know — we’ll address it promptly. 1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. 2. Smoking Indoors is STRICTLY forbidden. Guests that break this house rule will receive a $500 penalty. 3. Parties of any kind are NOT allowed on the property. 4. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. 5. Drugs, weapons and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 6. The total number of guests and pets spending the night must be registered in the reservation. 7. All events must be previously discussed and explicitly authorized by us. 8. Most cars must be parked in the property’s garage and driveway. Only 2 cars can be parked on the street. 9. Stained sheets or towels and damaged items must be paid for to replace them.
