To keep the water warm and clean, we kindly ask you to close the pool cover/deck whenever the pool is not in use. To guarantee optimal water quality and crystal-clear water throughout your stay, our professional maintenance team will visit the property: June to September: Twice a week (Mondays & Thursdays, starting from 10:00 AM). October to May: Once a week (Mondays, starting from 10:00 AM). Please note: The technical room is located at the rear of the villa, and the technicians need to pass through the house to access it. You do not need to stay at home for this. However, it is very important that the technicians can enter and that no key is left inside the lock of the door, as this will block their access. Thank you for your cooperation! 🏊‍♂️ Pool Heating & Fair Use (Oct – Mar): Our private pool is heated as standard to a comfortable 28°C. For stays between October 1st and March 30th, pool heating is available for an additional €100 per stay. We operate a fair 'No Heat, No Charge' guarantee: if weather conditions prevent the pool from reaching its temperature, you won't pay a cent. 🤫 Peace & Quiet (No Parties): Our villa is located in a lovely, quiet, and safe residential neighborhood. To respect our neighbors, parties, loud music, and events are strictly prohibited. We welcome guests who want to enjoy a relaxing, high-quality holiday. 🔑 Check-in & Personal Service: Standard check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is before 11:00. As part of our StayYouSoon service, we love to pamper our guests: if there are no checking-in guests on your departure day, we are happy to offer you a free late check-out! 👶 Traveling with a Family? We want your family to feel at home. A baby cot and high is provided standard in your stay 📜 Rental License: This property is fully registered and compliant with local tourism regulations. 🏡 Huisregels We hebben veel passie en zorg gestoken in het creëren van deze luxe ruimte. We vragen u vriendelijk om de villa met hetzelfde respect te behandelen als uw eigen huis. Mocht er iets onduidelijk zijn, neem dan gerust contact met ons op om misverstanden te voorkomen. Slaapcomfort & Linnen: Luxe beddengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen. De bedden zijn opgemaakt op basis van het aantal aangemelde gasten. Veiligheid & Alarm: Voor uw veiligheid is de villa uitgerust met een Securitas-alarmsysteem. We vragen u dit altijd te activeren wanneer u de woning verlaat. Er is cameratoezicht bij de toegangspunten aan de buitenzijde (met videoregistratie voor beveiligingsdoeleinden). Er hangen uiteraard geen camera’s binnen of bij het zwembad. Rookvrij Verblijf: Roken in de villa is strikt verboden. Buiten op het terras is roken toegestaan, mits u gebruikmaakt van de asbakken en sigarettenpeuken netjes weggooit. Rust & Gemeenschap: Onze buurt is ons dierbaar. Respecteer de rust van de vaste bewoners en vermijd luidruchtigheid tussen 22:00 uur en 08:00 uur. Feesten en evenementen zijn niet toegestaan. Gasten & Bezoekers: Alleen geregistreerde gasten hebben toegang tot de woning. Illegale middelen zijn ten strengste verboden op het terrein. Eten & Drinken: Gelieve alleen te eten in de eetkamer of op de terrassen om de slaapkamers onberispelijk en fris te houden. Duurzaamheid: Help ons energie te besparen door de airconditioning, verlichting en elektronica uit te schakelen wanneer u de villa verlaat. Houd ramen en deuren gesloten als de airco aanstaat. Zorg voor Interieur: Behandel de meubels met zorg en verplaats deze niet. Meld eventuele schade of defecten direct, zodat we dit tijdig voor u kunnen herstellen. Sleutelbeheer: Draag zorg voor uw sleutels. Bij verlies van een sleutel zijn we genoodzaakt €75 vervangingskosten in rekening te brengen. Check-out Etiquette: We vragen u de villa netjes achter te laten. Doe de afwas en gooi uw afval weg in de containers in het park tegenover de villa. Zo kunnen we de schoonmaakkosten laag houden en extra toeslagen voorkomen. The beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor, the lively boulevard of Lo Pagán, local supermarkets, terraces, and delicious tapas restaurants are all within a flat, easy 5 to 10-minute walk (just 400 metres to the sea). 🚲 By Bike (Highly recommended): San Pedro del Pinatar and the surrounding Mar Menor area are completely flat and feature excellent, safe bike lanes. Renting a bike is a fantastic way to explore the famous Las Salinas natural park, spot the flamingos, or cycle all the way down the boulevard. 🚗 By Car & Parking: If you wish to explore more of the Costa Cálida or Costa Blanca, a car is very convenient. Parking: Free, safe, and easy parking is always available right in front of the villa in our quiet residential street (Calle Berlín) or very close nearby. Day trips: You are just a 15-minute drive away from Zenia Boulevard (the region's largest outdoor shopping mall) and several world-class golf courses.
