Age Requirement: At least one guest in the party must be 21 years or older. Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines 📈 from building management. Wi-Fi: Please note that the building's Wi-Fi is a shared service, and speed may vary. Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies for your first day. To ensure a secure experience, we kindly ask you to register all members staying with us by providing a photo ID on the same day as the Check-in. We appreciate your understanding, even if you´ve already verified your ID through the platform´s chat, we would still need an additional copy. This way, we can ensure a smooth check-in process, as the building only allows access to registered guests. 📍Mandatory fees📍 Resort Fee (daily charge): This fee covers essential beach services, including umbrella, towels, and two chairs. - Stays of to 1–14 nights: $40/day - Stays of to 15–29 nights: $35/day - Stays of to 30+ nights: $30/day (Applicable taxes not included) Security Deposit (refundable): - $250 required at check-in (credit card only). - Refunded within 5–7 business days after check-out, subject to inspection - Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution Valet Parking (optional): - 1–7 days: $35/day - 8+ days: $30/day - Monthly: $650 - Stays of 6 months or more: $480/month (Applicable taxes not included) 📍Important 📍 Please consider the following recommendations to enhance your stay: - Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine. - Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. - Your comfort is our priority.
