Our 3-bedroom place is great for families, friends, or anyone needing a comfy, hassle-free stay. It’s move-in ready—just bring yourself and settle in. A comfy 3-bedroom apartment with queen beds in every room, a cozy living area with a sofa and TV, and a kitchen that’s got all the basics if you want to cook at home. The bathroom’s stocked with towels and essentials. You’ll also have your own washer and dryer in the unit (super handy!), plus reliable WiFi to make life easier if you're working or streaming. A nice little home base while you’re in town. Our cozy spot is up on the third floor—just a heads-up, it’s stairs only. We think it’s worth the climb! To help keep things safe and easy, we might ask for a quick ID check and a little extra info when you book. Smoking 🚭 No smoking or vaping indoors or near windows. Fees start at $250. Pets 🐾 Pets must be approved in advance. Cats and dogs only. Fees range from $100 per pet. Undeclared pets will incur additional cleaning fees starting at $250. Guests & Noise 👥 Only registered guests allowed. Unauthorized guests may incur $75–$100 in fees. 🔊 Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. No parties. Violations may result in a $300 fine and termination. Cleanliness & Damages 🧹 Excessive mess may result in $100–$300 cleaning fees. 🛏️ Damages must be reported. Checkout & Keys ⏰ Checkout is 11 AM. Late checkout is $50 per 30 minutes. After 1 PM, charges are $100 or nightly rate. 🔐 Lost keys incur a $100 fee. 📌Important Arrival Information - For your comfort and security, please complete the check-in form before heading to the property.
