A comfy 3-bedroom apartment with queen beds in every room, a cozy living area with a sofa and TV, and a kitchen that’s got all the basics if you want to cook at home. The bathroom’s stocked with towels and essentials. You’ll also have your own washer and dryer in the unit (super handy!), plus reliable WiFi to make life easier if you're working or streaming. A nice little home base while you’re in town. Our cozy spot is up on the third floor—just a heads-up, it’s stairs only. We think it’s worth the climb! For your reference, our property follows a seasonal schedule for indoor temperature control. We use the cooling system during the warmer part of the year and switch to heating during the colder months. No parties. Violations may result in a $300 fine and termination. Cleanliness & Damages 🧹 Excessive mess may result in $100–$300 cleaning fees. 🛏️ Damages must be reported. Checkout & Keys ⏰ Checkout is 11 AM. Late checkout is $50 per 30 minutes.
