Quiet hour from 22:00 pm to 7:00 am 4. NO PETS ALLOWED, extra fine of $100 will be charged if the guest bring a pet without notification. 5. No visitors allowed without notification, no extra guests allowed; 6. Gardener shows up each weekend to clean up the garden and please don't be surprised about it. 7.
