Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building or anywhere on the premises. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. 3. Please do not lose the key fob or parking card, if you do, there is a $300 charge to replace each one. 4. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware. 5. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property. 6. The cleaning that you pay for is to pay for how you find the home. Please leave it as you found it when you first arrived (more or less). If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently after you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee, price depends how long it takes to clean up after you (we hire 3rd party cleaners to come clean). We don’t expect you to scrub the home but simply pick up your trash and leave it decent enough that your mom would be proud! (= 7. Standard check-out is 10 am. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff. 13. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. 14. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance outside. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. The camera is on and recording. 15. Please do not wash hair down the drain, no one likes clogged drains and we all know how problematic hair and drains can be, please treat it as your own home.
