Outside is a patio terrace fenced by verdant greenery and a whitewashed wall, where you can unwind in total relaxation. For tanning spots, the most relaxing place is on the edge of the dazzling swimming pool, nestled under the glorious sunshine. Shade-seekers will find solace under the veranda, a comfy spot great for unwinding with a good book. A barbecue area provides the opportunity to cook al fresco. Why not try grilling some freshly caught seafood or locally grown veggies? Serve up dinner on the outdoor dining tables, all while taking in the warm Spanish heat. When you enter the villa, you’re met with an open-plan living space drowned in natural light from the wide sliding patio doors. The colour palette is calm and soothing, paired with minimalist interior design, chic furnishings, and simple décor. Designed to be ultra-modern, the kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and bold statement cabinetry. Extremely spacious, there are two double and two twin bedrooms to sink into that are spread across the villa. Set in Cala’n Bosch, you’re just a hop from rows of restaurants and cafes crammed around the beautiful marina, serving up a plethora of international cuisine. The area is dotted with swathes of white-sand beaches and pretty hidden coves, with plenty of sandy spots to lay out your towel and soak up the sun. **Due to the San Juan Festival, all bookings which include 21st – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.** To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 1 step. There is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 170cm wide. There is 1 step down out the patio doors onto the terrace. The terrace is flat and open, whilst the pool has ladder access.
