Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 145cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm. The path leading to the terrace/pool area is 164cm wide. There is a gentle slope leading from the parking area to the poolside, whilst the terrace and alfresco dining areas feature a number of steps. This can be seen in the images. This villa is on three storeys. The ground-floor twin bedroom has a door width of 69cm, whilst the family bathroom has a door width of 62cm. The door into the kitchen is 105cm wide, whilst the lounge door is 138cm wide.
