This traditional Menorcan villa has been thoughtfully updated with stylish décor and furnishings throughout. Four spacious bedrooms for up to seven guests share two bathrooms, whilst the living and dining area is open plan and leads through to a fully fitted kitchen. Both the kitchen and living room open out onto the covered front terrace, which overlooks the impressive pool and gardens. At the rear of the villa, a second terrace with comfy seating leads to a traditional brick barbecue - why not get your grill on and cook up a storm for the family? And for a little extra fun, the front terrace also features a pool table, football table, and ping pong - great for friendly competitions or just kicking back with a game or two! Villas Karoline, Ingrid, Raquel Blanes, Sofia, and Elizabet are all conveniently located along the same street - ideal for a big family reunion or getaway with friends. Each villa offers its own private space, so you can enjoy time together while still having your own retreat to relax in. *Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd - 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.* The villa is located in a developing area, and there is a plot nearby that has begun construction in November 2025 and will continue during the winter months. Our local team will be monitoring the works and the development, and we will get in touch if we believe there is any change that may significantly affect your experience.
