Villa Sofia is a truly fabulous four bedroom villa located in Cala En Forcat, a delightfully picturesque and lively resort on the outskirts of the Ciutadella de Menorca. Situated a short two minute stroll back from a small sandy cove, and less than a five minute stroll from the nearest restaurants, shops and minimarkets, this is the perfect villa for families wishing to completely relax without having to think about having to drive to the local amenities. The villa itself is exceptionally comfortable and well appointed, boasting four spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, a large open plan living space and a fully equipped kitchen. The exteriors are equally appealing with a large private swimming pool with steps access, making it easy for both the young and less competent swimmers in the family to utilise this fine facility to the full. Another wonderful feature of this rather splendid villa is the small children’s pool, making this the perfect choice for families with young children. The mature and colourful gardens create excellent levels of privacy and some welcoming natural shaded areas, where better to relax with a good book and a glass of chilled wine during the hottest parts of the day. **There is a fixed stairgate at the top of the stairs to the bedroom** **The childrens pool is fenced off from the main pool** *- Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings. -* Important Information - This property contains large gaps in the internal Staircase railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times. During the winter period, October – April, temperatures can drop considerably especially in the evening and overnight. Heaters can be added to your booking in the extras page where available. The villa is located in a developing area, and there is a plot nearby that has begun construction in Nov 2025 and will continue during the winter months. Our local team will be monitoring the works and the development, and we will get in touch if we believe there is any change that may significantly affect your experience. To access the villa there is a path which is 95cm wide alongside 2 steps. The driveway is on a very slight slope. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 135cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. The edging around the pool is 3cm high. Theres a step down to the poolside of 5cm. All ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
