This superb detached villa is located within walking distance of the popular resort of Binibeca where there is a lovely sandy beach, numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is very spacious, light and airy throughout, comprising a living room with dining area, a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobes, two twin bedrooms, and an additional family shower room. The villa is well-furnished in a modern style and benefit from air conditioning systems. Outside the villa has covered terraces with patio furniture and a brick-built BBQ to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining at its best. Sun terraces and gardens surround the swimming pool.
