Villa Provenza is located just 500m from the entrance to the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa. This airy villa is positioned in a good size plot and makes the most of the space with modern decking around the pool, brick built barbecue and veranda style terrace. Inside the villa has 3 good sized bedrooms and a pleasant living/dining room alongside the modern fitted kitchen. To access the villa there is an open terrace along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area is the kitchen door which is 110cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are open terrace, the pool has roman steps to enter and the grounds are flat. All the bedroom have a door width of 74cm and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 73cm.
