NO AIR CONDITIONING As with most homes in the Tetons, this property does not have air conditioning. Our high elevation means evenings cool off nicely even after a warm day, and we've included our best tips for keeping the house comfortable in your check-in guide. We believe in giving our guests the privacy to enjoy the home on their own. Yet, we do have a team available 24/7 for any urgent needs. Included with your stay: the property manager Stay Protection Travel with peace of mind knowing your stay includes coverage for accidental damage. We believe your time here should be relaxed, comfortable, and worry-free. NO AIR CONDITIONING Please note this home does not have air conditioning, which is common for properties in our area. Homes cool down well in the evenings once the sun sets, and we provide fans and cooling tips in your check-in guide to help keep things comfortable during warmer days. In general, please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful of our rules, the neighbors, and our local community here at the base of the Tetons. ✔️ The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. ✔️ Quiet Hours are from 9 pm to 8 am – please be respectful to our neighbors. ✔️ NO EVENTS ALLOWED (No parties, large gatherings, weddings, etc.). ✔️ NO SMOKING or VAPING in the home or on the decks. Please dispose of butts appropriately. If any are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. ✔️ Please turn all exterior lights off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley. ✔️ Please drive slowly in our neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. ✔️ Maximum of two (2) licensed vehicles in the driveway and garages. ✔️ No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. ✔️ No fireworks on the premises. ✔️ Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure and, most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member in your group. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules with no refund given. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws.
