Our high elevation means evenings cool off nicely even after a warm day, and we've included our best tips for keeping the house comfortable in your check-in guide. The garage is available for guest use... however, if your vehicle is excessively dirty or muddy from your adventures, we kindly ask that you park outside to help keep the space clean for future guests. We believe in giving our guests the privacy to enjoy the home on their own. Yet, we do have a team available 24/7 for any urgent needs. Included with your stay: STAY PROTECTION Travel with peace of mind knowing your stay includes coverage for accidental damage. We believe your time here should be relaxed, comfortable, and worry-free. Trailers, large RVs, and boats must be parked across Aspen Meadows Road by the dumpster. :: No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. :: Recreating in the pond is PROHIBITED. :: Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. :: No fireworks on the premises. :: Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure and, most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member in your group.
