There is a restaurant downstairs so you may hear occasional noise from guests entering or leaving the premises at night. No parties or events Not suitable for pets No smoking or vaping of any substances anywhere on the premises No outdoor shoes inside the condo please! Extra housekeeping charges will apply if the rental unit is left in an excessively messy/dirty state. Any items left behind in the unit will be kept for 4 weeks and then donated to the local Thrift Store. Let us know if you have left anything and we will send return it to you by post. Quiet time 10pm - 7am. Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum in any shared spaces.
