No parties or events Not suitable for pets No smoking or vaping of any substances anywhere on the premises No outdoor shoes inside the condo please! Extra housekeeping charges will apply if the rental unit is left in an excessively messy/dirty state. Quiet time 10pm - 7am. Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum in any shared spaces. Any items left behind in the unit will be kept for 4 weeks and then donated to the local Thrift Store.
