Town of Canmore License # RES-11059 Located 15 minutes from Banff and approximately one hour from Calgary, this home away from home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely South-facing covered patio to enjoy a glass of wine or early morning coffee, and the fresh mountain air. Wood floors, granite countertops, gas fireplace and high end furnishings complete the luxury feeling. The bed and bath linens are 5-star hotel quality, and professionally laundered. The condo has private high-speed internet so you can enjoy all your personal streaming channels. . The apartment is on two levels and is best suited for families or groups of friends in 3 spacious, well appointed bedrooms. The upstairs master suite has a huge bathroom with a soaker tub. Also on this level is the rooftop deck and hot tub, with seating for the whole tribe. On the main floor is the kitchen, bathroom with combined tub/shower, living room, dining room (seats 8) and two spacious bedrooms (one with king bed, one with two queen beds). Grand Rockies Resort amenities offer a pool, waterslide and communal hot tubs to relax in after a day of adventure, and if you want to work off dinner, there is a small but functional gym on the 3rd floor. If you don't fancy cooking there's a great restaurant on site, and a couple more within a 5 minute walk. Our summer calendar fills fast so we recommend you book early or send us a message if you have any unanswered questions. If you are traveling on a budget, we are always ready to strike a deal in the quiet season! Guests have access to the entire apartment, and it is not shared with anyone else. Guests may also use the two child friendly pools and shared indoor/outdoor hot tubs on the main level, plus the restaurant/bar. We are professional vacation managers who live in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay. Guest Notice: Scheduled Exterior Maintenance Please be advised that exterior maintenance will be taking place at Grande Rockies Resort beginning July 13, 2026, and is expected to continue for approximately 4–5 weeks. During this time, contractors will be replacing the building’s eavestroughs and downspouts. As part of this work, lifts and ladders may be used around the exterior of the building, and workers may occasionally be near windows and balconies. No parties or events except with prior approval Not suitable for pets No smoking or vaping of any substances anywhere on the premises No outdoor shoes inside the condo please! Extra housekeeping charges will apply if the rental unit is left in an excessively messy/dirty state. Any items left behind in the unit will be kept for 4 weeks and then donated to the local Thrift Store. Let us know if you have left anything and we will send return it to you by post. Quiet time 10pm - 7am. Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum in any shared spaces. A drain and refill fee of $220 will be applied for the hot tub if it is found to contain debris and/or be in an excessively dirty state at checkout. Grande Rockies Resort is conveniently located near the highway, allowing a quick arrival and exit to your adventures in the national park and surrounding areas. Blake Restaurant is literally next door, and the best coffee shop in town (Eclipse Coffee) is across the street. There's also a small retail area 2 minutes walk away (Shops of Canmore) and our beautiful downtown is just a 10 minute walk. Canmore is small and easy to get around on foot, by car or by public transit. There is public transportation around Canmore, and to/from Banff.
