Please, no plastic bags in the recycling bins. - If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. - In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. - Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. - Please note that all pool and water attractions, food & beverage areas and The Lodge are currently closed. - Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos.. . - Please return the fishing rods, pickleball paddles and balls after use. Fees may apply. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
