119 "Tidey Whitey" is one of the few units that bring back that nostalgia of your childhood when you visited the Sea Gypsy. The unit features two queen beds, two full bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchenette (minus an oven; includes stove-top burners only). The beach is merely steps from your back door with direct access to our oceanside patio from this ground-floor condo. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit for our indoor pool! This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer. 1) The check-in time is 4 p.m. and the check-out time is 11 a.m. year-round. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts. 2) No animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card. 3) Guest acknowledges the Sea Gypsy has no elevator. Access to second- and third-floor condos require the use of stairs. It is 16 steps to the second floor and 32 steps to the third floor. 4) Occupancy is not to exceed the maximum number of persons allowed at any time. 5) High speed wireless Internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to this agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to Internet service. 6) No facility services prohibited by government order or required to be closed by the Sea Gypsy Condominium Association shall be available during your stay. This can include, but is not limited to, the pool and laundry facility. 7) There shall be no refunds of rents due to ruined expectations related to any pool or laundry facility closures. 8) Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Tenant shall then immediately vacate the premises. 9) Quiet hours start at 10 p.m. and outdoor and indoor noise should be kept to a minimum until 9 a.m. 10) There shall be no smoking inside the premises. Smoking is not permitted within 10 feet of any door or hallway, or on the oceanfront side of the property. 11) The company shall provide towels, linens, dishes, cups, knives, forks, spoons and "starter supplies" of soap, toilet paper, shampoo and other items. Additional toiletries and other consumables are to be purchased by Tenant. No reimbursement will be made for unused consumables left at the premises. 12) Guests shall maintain the premises in a good, clean condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. 13) Tenant's credit card shall be charged for any maintenance or repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. 14) Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. This includes, but is not limited to, the pool and access to the public beach. Tenant expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenant, and that Tenant should purchase their own insurance for Tenant and Guests if such coverage is desired. 15) Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the company enforcing this agreement. 16) There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, power outages, work and family emergencies or other commitments. 17) The company has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the guest violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. 18) Guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. Guests shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement. 19) The company is not responsible for lost items. Should the company locate an item left behind by a guest, a minimum $25 fee to package and ship the item shall be charged to the Guest's credit card should the guest desire to have the lost item returned.
