Parking is readily available with free parking on the premises, accommodating multiple vehicles in the driveway. While Cocoa Beach is best explored by car or bicycle (complimentary bikes are provided!), ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available for getting around. Major attractions like the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon Surf Shop are within a short walk or bike ride, while day trips to Kennedy Space Center or Orlando's theme parks are easily accessible by car. After your reservation is confirmed, the host will require you to complete a property damage protection selection. This will include choosing either a refundable security deposit (a credit card hold for incidentals, not charged unless necessary) or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver fee.
