Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. In order to ensure a worry-free stay we require a $500 refundable deposit. It will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay. Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation. . Please note that our pool is serviced every Wednesdays, 11 AM to 1 PM, Pool guys will ring the doorbell to let you know that he is there. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool. High chair and pack n play are available upon request. Also, please note that the pool is not heated, all the TVs must be mirrored or smart apps used. The property does not have cable or satellite. Other things to note **Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. ** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet. **Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered. **Minimum Main Guest Age: 24 **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay. ** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home. As a reminder here are our house rules: 1. Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Check-out is at 11am. Our housekeeping crew arrives at that time to get the property ready for our next guest. We ask that you provide 72 hour notice of early check-in or late checkout request. Any unauthorized late check-out is subject to half a days rate for a 1-hour extension and full days rate for 1-hour+. 2. Self-check-in is provided. The code will be sent to you prior to our arrival. Please see check-in instructions for further details. 3. 2 car parking is allowed in the main driveway. No parking on the street or on the grass. 4. Outdoor cameras are present for everyone’s safety and security. 5. Smoking or vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property. We have installed new Smart Smoke Detectors and sensors. We will be notified if someone smokes on the property . 6. Please no parties, gatherings or events allowed. There are noise level monitors installed throughout the property that will notify the host and guest if the levels are beyond the acceptable threshold 12. We have an unfenced pool that is here for your enjoyment, however, please use caution when using the pool. 13. Please note you swim at your own risk and there is no diving of any kind. 14. Please no unregistered guests are allowed to stay over. 15. We ask that you please take your garbage to the trash container before you leave on your check out date. The garbage and recycling bins are located behind the white fence. The city’s garbage pickup are Tuesday and Friday mornings. 16. All TV’s are Smart TV’s allowing you to screencast, access online apps, videos, music, and your streaming services. 17. Cleaning is done at check-out but if you want, you can request more cleaning service during your stay, for an additional charge. 18. Owner retains right to enter for emergencies, repairs, or inspections. 19. Our neighborhood is important to us, and all residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests shall NOT disturb neighbors with loud music, unlawful, or unsafe behavior. Any illegal drug use will be reported to the proper authorities. Should guest allow or participate in such, the guest will be evicted and forfeit the security deposit. 20. Please respect the speed limit while in our neighborhood. There are many children, adults, and animals in the area. If you have someone providing your transportation services please ensure they also obey the speed limit. 21. Please leave the house the same way as you entered.
