The higgihaus@royalyorkcrescent is an extraordinary contemporary apartment on two floors of a Grade 2* listed property located on Bristol’s famous Royal York Crescent (once reputed to be the longest Georgian crescent in Europe), a mere stone’s throw from the coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and shops affectionately known as Clifton Village. Beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable, the apartment is comprised of a large sitting room, a true chef’s kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (one with a Japanese Bath with Jacuzzi) and in the basement, a dining room that can comfortably seat 10, a second sitting room with TV and a small gym with bench and adjustable dumbbells. Outside, there are courtyards front and rear, as well as access to formal gardens extending to 1.48 acres. There are 3-bedrooms (2 kings and one queen, all en-suite) - 3 bathrooms. In one of the bedrooms is a zip and link bed that can be set up as either a king or two singles. Small courtyard at the front and rear. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is not suitable for children, is for a maximum of six adults. Also, there is no dedicated parking and we’re unable to accommodate pets. The external gate and the front door to the apartment are both operated by an intercom and smartlocks; you will be given the entry codes 24 hours before check-in. There is no need for you to interact with us, but should you need anything, we'd be delighted to help. #teamhiggi are a friendly bunch who love Bristol, and it is worth noting that Luke (who was born in Bristol) knows it like the back of his hand (well, the best bits anyway), and he eats out a lot. Luke is thus a veritable goldmine of places to see, things to do, restaurants to eat at, bars worth a visit and how to get about. We'll provide contact numbers ahead of check-in. The higgihaus@royalyorkcrescent is located in the heart of Clifton Village and as such parking is always going to be a challenge. If you are coming by car, then it is possible to drop your luggage off before locating an on-street parking space. Between the hours of 9.00 am and 9.00 pm Monday to Saturday it is resident or pay-to-park only. Alternatively, Just Park (find them online) has several nearby resident’s driveways that can be rented for the weekend.
