Further details will be provided before your check-in Check-in is any time after 3PM and check out by 11AM. We may occasionally be able to accommodate an early check-in or a late check-out. Please enquire at the time of booking. Strictly no smoking, parties, or events. No pets unless by prior arrangement. Please respect our neighbours keep noise to an appropriate level at all times don't scream, shout, swear or have loud or crass conversations outside the apartment or the property itself. If you do play music inside, please make sure it isn't audible outside and keep the windows and doors shut. Please ensure that the only people in the property are named and registered guests. STRICTLY no smoking inside or near the front door of the apartment or the building. If you must smoke, then please do so in the street at least 10 metres from the front door to the building and clean up your butts. If you or any of your guests smoke inside the house during your stay you will be charged a minimum of £180 to cover the cost of a deep clean of the property. Upon departure, please help us to prepare for the next guest and leave the property as clean and tidy as time permits. Our housekeeping team would appreciate you bagging your rubbish and recycling placing the bags by the bins in the kitchen.
