Parking The higgihaus@butecrescent has off-road parking at the rear of the property and, with a little bit of juggling, could accommodate up to five cars (depending on size!) or three vans. Should you have more cars than can park at the rear, then the 380-capacity Mermaid Quay car park is but a one-minute walk away.
