Hide-Away: Downtown Pensacola, North Hill Studio

Located in a century-old Victorian home in the Historic North Hill District of Downtown Pensacola, this small studio apartment is full of charm. With original hardwood flooring and plenty of amenities, our “Hide-Away” is as cozy as it gets! We provide everything you’ll need such as kitchen essentials, toiletries, linens and a private entrance in the back of this historic home. Take a walk over to bustling Downtown Pensacola for local favorites such as Jaco's Bayfront Bar & Grille or Coffee Cup Restaurant. No matter what time of year, Pensacola is always hosting events - we are dubbed the “Festival City of the South” after all. You’ll have easy access to I-110, Pensacola Beach and Naval Air Station. There is NO washer or dryer in the home; there are multiple laundromats near the home for your convenience. The studio is located on the right side of building: to access from the parking lot, walk from the left of the parking lot; through the outdoor patio, and to the door labeled "D". There is NO central a/c, the studio has one window unit to keep you cool. Free WIFI on location; house manual located in the home will give you instructions on how to connect. Outa Sight Pest treats the duplex quarterly for all pests. - Keep the noise down after 10:00pm - Do not move furniture - NO pets allowed - Be respectful of neighbors, there are other guests nearby - Please take the trash out to the bins in the back of the building - Please park your car on the left side of the building when you arrive
