Heads-up! • Construction: There’s some roadwork happening in Downtown Oliver, but don’t worry—it shouldn’t cause any significant delays, and driving will still be smooth. • BBQ Use: Fancy a BBQ on the private balcony? Just let us know at least 3 days ahead, and we’ll set it up for you. There’s a $35 fee for BBQ use. (Seasonal Availability) • Mid-Stay Cleaning: Need a little refresh during your stay? We offer a mid-stay cleaning after 3 days for a $75 fee. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. • Pets: As much as we love them, pets aren’t allowed. • Check-In Time: Check-in is between 4 PM and 9 PM. The exterior door is locked for keyless entry, so we can only welcome you during those hours for security reasons. • Parking: There’s a free designated parking spot at the back of the building just for you! Plus, there’s free street parking available nearby. • Playpen & High Chair: Traveling with little ones? The playpen and high chair are available to help make your stay smoother. • Cot/Rollaway Bed: Hosting an extra guest? There’s a comfy cot ready if needed—just let us know, and we’ll make sure it’s within easy reach. • Weekly/Monthly/Extended Stays: For stays longer than 7 days: We provide essentials to get you started during your first week. To keep the space fresh and comfortable, a $100 mid-stay cleaning is required every 2 weeks, along with a $100 checkout cleaning for monthly or extended stays. • AC is available only in the warmer months (typically June–October). Two tower fans are provided for use anytime. • The property is monitored by Minut for excessive noise, over-occupancy, and smoking. We’re here to make sure you have a fantastic stay, so feel free to reach out with any questions or requests! ✅ HOUSE RULES 1. Online check-in with ID, e-signature, and security deposit is required before arrival. The booking guest must be 20+ and complete the check-in (no third-party bookings). Check-in closes at 9 PM; late arrivals are no-shows unless pre-approved ($30 fee). Reservations may be changed once within the refundable period; non-refundable bookings are final. 2. No parties, events, or smoking/vaping (including the balcony). Violations may incur $150+ fees or deposit forfeiture. Damages or missing items will be charged at repair or replacement cost. 3. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. 4. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Unauthorized guests may be charged or the booking canceled. 5. No illegal activities — violation may result in immediate eviction. 6. Tablet is for in-unit use only. 7. Stays over 7 days: starter essentials provided; $100 mid-stay cleaning every 2 weeks and $100 checkout cleaning for monthly stays. 8. Pet-free property (service animals welcome). 9. Check-out: 11 AM — late departures may incur a $100/hour fee. 10. Please tidy up before leaving—bag and dispose of trash. Excess mess may incur an additional cleaning fee.
