Walk to restaurants and new distillery, only 20 to 25 minutes to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird, only 20 minutes to airport, 15 from downtown, and 30 to Park City. Fast WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, and smart TVs. Nudged up against the beautiful Wasatch mountains, it's a perfect home base for a family or group vacation. In Cottonwood Heights, and especially at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, you experience a ski town and outdoorsy vibe because of amazing access to skiing, hiking, climbing, and mountain biking in multiple canyons. We're also conveniently located near fun ski shops, bars and restaurants right down the street. The main level includes the living room, kitchen, deck, hot tub, and the two queen bedrooms. Upstairs you'll find the the king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as the the 4th bedroom with the two twins. Per HOA rules, hot tub hours are 8am-10pm. The entire unit. We give our guests privacy and are available if they have questions. No pets. No parties or events. No extra guests. No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.
