Located walking distance from the heart of downtown, our historic Avenues home is thoughtfully furnished with the modern traveller in mind. You'll love the feel in our craftsman cabin which includes fast WiFi, a stocked kitchen, and 3 single beds for the littles. Being downtown, you'll have your choice of the best eateries in the state, one block to a grocery store, and you're still only 40 mins from Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, 40 mins from Park City, an easy 10 mins from the airport. Our historic avenue's home includes five unique rental units. The Craftsman Cabin is located on the first floor just to your left after walking in the front door. Two pets are allowed for a fee of $100 per stay. If the stay is longer than a month, there is an additional fee of $100/month. Pets Allowed. No parties or events. No extra guests. No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.
