No refunds will be provided based on the presence of insects or other natural occurrences. Booking deposit A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% balance is charged 14 days before your check-in date. Cancel within 24 hours of booking: 90% of your deposit is refunded (10% retained for processing). Cancel up to 30 days before check-in: 90% of your deposit is refunded (10% retained for processing). Cancel less than 30 days before check-in: no refund. Weather-related cancellations: no refunds for weather-related issues unless an emergency order is issued by the county. Security hold A $250 hold (not a charge) is placed on your card one day before check-in to cover potential major damage. If no damage is reported, the hold is released upon your departure.
