The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary Bedroom - King with En-Suite Bathroom Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed and Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Bed Bedroom 4: King Bed with En-Suite Bathroom Additionally there's a full bathroom in that's shared by the bedrooms and living areas of the house. NO WEAPONS POLICY Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives. By booking, guests agree to comply with this policy. Gate will not be useable for guest • No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. • Landscaping: Is done once a week. • Grill: works with propane gas • Pool: Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. Gate will not be useable for guest NO HEATED POOL NO PETS ALLOWED • Security Cameras: For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. • Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. • Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable. 1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. 2. Smoking Indoors is STRICTLY forbidden. Guests that break this house rule will receive a $500 penalty. 3. Parties of any kind are NOT allowed on the property. 4. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. 5. Drugs, weapons and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 6. The total number of guests and pets spending the night must be registered in the reservation. 7. All events must be previously discussed and explicitly authorized by us. 8.
