Please provide the full names and the ID of all guests who will be entering the property. During the check-in process, please present the ID of each guest at the front desk. Reservations must be made by a 21 years person, and the reservation holder´s presence is required throughout the entire stay. We would like to inform you that this is a private residence owned, operating independently of the Hotel management. - Important Notice – Guest Agreement Please note that signing the unit’s Guest Agreement is required before check-in. This agreement ensures that all rules, responsibilities, and expectations for the property are clearly understood by both parties, helping to provide a safe and enjoyable stay. - Smoking on the property is strictly prohibited. A fine of $300 will be applied in case of violations. - Please be respectful with other guests and avoid loud noises as you are staying in a residential area. - Should you encounter any inconveniences, please don´t hesitate to inform us promptly. -The Condominium administration prohibits the accumulation of garbage. Please use the designated trash containers for trash placement. - Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, contact us 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we can arrange a late check-out until 12:00 PM for an additional $50. Please note that if other guests are arriving on your departure day, a late check-out will not be possible. Failing to meet the checkout time may incur an extra night charge. - We do not provide washcloths. This apartment is equipped for your comfort. Please handle all objects and equipment with care.
