On the first floor, you'll find the spacious living areas, perfect for unwinding in comfort. The second floor reveals a versatile third bedroom or study, along with a modern bathroom, kitchen, and direct access to the serene garden. The third floor is dedicated to the tranquil first and second bedrooms, offering a restful retreat after a day of exploring London. You'll have full access to the entire flat, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We've provided fresh linen, cosy bed sheets, and luxurious toiletries for your convenience. Other things to note Please note that in case the below instructions are not followed, fees will apply: * Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property * Organising parties is strictly prohibited in the property * Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours * City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items * Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property * No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs) The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
