Located on the lower ground floor, and accessed down steps, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The smoke-free property features a living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a patio garden. The living room is equipped with a TV, sofa, and a dining table that can seat six people, making it ideal for entertaining a guest or two. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances and equipped with a full range of utensils for the cook. The master bedroom comes complete with a king-size bed, while the other room has a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower.
