BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure, or an additional $56 fee will be charged. Parking: - Garage is available for Guests, and additional parking in driveway. - Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure, or we will charge $150 to replace it. - No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. - There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
