Lady Palm: 2/1 w garden vibes three miles to IMG

Cute and spacious one bedroom apartment with an additional bed for a small child. The lady Palm is here to serve you for a short or extended stay in the Bradenton area. There are 2 private outdoor spaces at Lady Palm and the home comes with lots of natural plant decor to live up to its name. Lady Palm is just off of cortez blvd which is a main road that can take you anywhere you need to go! Bradenton Beach is about a 20 minute drive from Lady Palm and about a 10 minute drive to the Sarasota Airport Lady Palm does reside within a mix of commercial and residential homes. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOME. There is NO smoking inside the home or anywhere near the home, with doors open etc. If smoking is found after your departure there is a $500 fine for smoke remediation. IF you are found to be smoking inside the home during your stay, you will be removed with NO REFUND. It is expensive, disrespectful and just not worth it. Friendly Reminders Before Your Stay: Third-Party Bookings: If you’re booking on behalf of someone else, please let us know in advance. We’ll need their full name, phone number, and a valid photo ID before approval. Many hosts do not allow third-party bookings, but we’re happy to accommodate them with proper verification. Damages & Responsibility: Please treat the home with care during your stay. The booking guest is responsible for any damages, late checkouts, or additional cleaning required. This includes plumbing issues caused by flushing foreign objects, excessive toilet paper, or baby wipes. If a plumber is needed to remove a clog or restore service, the cost of that visit will be billed to you as damage reimbursement. Pets: We love hosting furry friends! Please let us know before arrival so we can include the pet fee(s), which covers the extra cleaning care they require. The fee is per pet—if you’re bringing more than one, we’ll manually request the additional fee after your booking is confirmed. If a pet arrives unannounced or undocumented, a $300 fee will automatically apply after check-in. Cancellations: This reservation is non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your plans in case something unexpected comes up. Smoking: The home is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is welcome outside only—please use designated areas and dispose of butts responsibly. A minimum $500 fee applies for indoor smoke remediation. Extended Stays (29+ Days): Stays over 29 days must be requested and approved in advance. We’ll require your photo ID, email address, and a signed lease agreement confirming your check-in and check-out dates. No security deposit is required; however, there is a $365 private insurance cost that will be requested after booking. Your reservation is not fully secure until the lease and ID are received. About Us: the property manager operates under Mitchell Dean Realty and is authorized by the homeowners to sign leases on their behalf.
