As this is a residential building in a vibrant city area, sounds such as footsteps or movement from nearby condos are normal. We appreciate your understanding and want you to feel informed and prepared during your stay. • Please be aware that Jones Ave, a nearby street, is currently undergoing construction work for city bikeway improvements. The work is scheduled on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is expected to be completed by December this year. We don’t anticipate any major impact on guests, however, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. • Strictly smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine.
