Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay! • The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by a staircase. There are approximately 18 steps leading up to the unit. • Noise Awareness Please note that some noise from passing streetcars, general street activity, or neighboring units may occasionally be heard from the property. As this is a residential building in a vibrant city area, sounds such as footsteps or movement from nearby condos are normal. Additionally, minor noise from the furnace in the unit may be noticeable at times. We appreciate your understanding and want you to feel informed and prepared during your stay. • Strictly smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine. We're happy to deliver: --> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee) --> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee) --> Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going! Quality Assurance: 1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited. 2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. 3. Please clean up after yourselves. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. 4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.
